By accessing or using Nocode, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

Nocode provides a platform that converts Google Docs into professional websites. We access your Google Documents through authorized OAuth connections to generate and publish your content.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • Ensuring you have the right to publish any content you share with Nocode
  • Complying with all applicable laws regarding your content

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Nocode to publish content that:

  • Is illegal, harmful, or fraudulent
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Violates the privacy of others

5. Payments

Paid plans are charged by card through Stripe. The Unlimited plan renews each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from the app; it stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. The Lifetime plan is a single payment and does not renew.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your content. By using Nocode, you grant us a license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nocode is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our service, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may stop using Nocode at any time: disconnecting Nocode from your Google account revokes its access to your Drive. To delete your account and take your sites offline, contact us at [email protected].

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
